「冷氣壞了」

「値段は安いがそれ相応の宿でした。 良い点　Wi-Fiが問題無く使えた。冷凍付きの冷蔵庫が付いていた（日本からではなく他国からの買出し旅行で滞在した為）。早朝に到着した為フロントで荷物預かりサービス（有料）があったのは助かった。 悪い点　ソファが臭い。毎日虫（特にゴキブリ）が出る。ティッシュが無い。食器用洗剤も用意されていない。熱いシャワーが出ない。シャンプーが泡立たない。低層階の為、眺望は何も無く暗い（４１階建ての6階）。そして設定の問題なのか上層階で満員になっているせいなのか、エレベーターが全然来ず、乗れない。キッチン用具はフライパンしか使えず、ポットも中身が黄色くなっていた為料理は一切しませんでした。 上記を容認出来る方であれば泊まれるかと思います。 ＊我々は冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫が必須であった為、こちらを選びました。」

「从入住手续到退房，几乎都没柜面接待服务。搞卫生清洁都不及时也不是为住客着想，自己方便就是的那种。感觉不是公寓式酒店，几乎都是自己公寓。我个人不会有下一次。」

「Very disappointed. Lounge was unusable, tv remote didnt work at all, unit was dirty when we checked in, 2 lights were flickering. Not what was advertised at all. We wouldnt stay here again.」

「The exterior of the property looked similar to the photos posted online. Unfortunately, the interior was a very different experience. The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable. After inspecting the room, we immediately informed the front desk that the room was unsatisfactory and decided not to stay. Despite raising our concerns at the time, the matter was not resolved to our satisfaction. We also contacted Expedia for assistance, but were...

「Bilik connecting and neighbours was too noisy. Room bit small but so far so good」

「Supposed to check in at 3pm, host didn’t appear until 3.15pm. The vibe look a dormitory for foreigner workers. No front desk, staffs don’t bother just hang around chatting. Dirty towel upon check in and requested a few times for replacement but host didn’t bother. During check out, unable to contact host, only receive a message to leave key in letter box. Kindly take a look at the condition of the letter box in the attached picture. Book at your own risk.」

「When we showed up it took the host over an hour to meet with us, the room was not like the pictures, it smelled so bad , and the host did not want to give us a refund avoid this property at all cost」
