Pool area was completely closed off for renovation. There was no communication about the renovation except a notice at the pool area. It was disappointing not able to use the pool and the lack of communication. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at AXON. Location is excellent, easy to get to KLIA/sightseeing/shopping/food options.

Location is fantastic.  Apartment is spacious - Condition of furniture needs refreshing. Bed is comfortable but could do with extra pillows (2 pillows for 2 person & it's too flat).  Washing Machine could do with some deep cleaning/sanitising (soap scum & dirt trapped in the machine).  Bath towels have seen better days, floor mat is only available on request, & no hand towels or tea towels. However due to the location to nearby shops and restaurant it's overall good experience.  Just need to note that this is not a hotel so don't expect any house keeping/cleaning.

Location is excellent, with lots of dining and shopping options within a few minutes walk. Added bonus is the nice pool with awesome view and convenience of a washer and dryer. As many had mentioned, elevator wait is a little long but it's tolerable. Overall, I will recommend AXON Bukit Bintang and will come back next time.

Apartment was beautiful however the toilet drains constantly released a very bad smell that spread across the entire apartment. The house always smelt very bad .

Very handy location in Bukit Bintang. Check in was convoluted but worked. Apartment was basic, necessary and sufficient. No bed lights.

The property is well located; it's within walking distance or a short monorail/train ride to most attractions and lots of dining options. The pool is stunning and the washer/dryer is very handy. You'll need to supply your own pool and hand towels though. The check in process was more convoluted than it needed to be with the agent's preference for using messaging apps. Our major criticism would be that there are insufficient lifts for the building, with long waits around check in and check out times, in particular.

The building isn’t the greatest. There is always a massive line for the elevators to go up and to come down almost all the elevators are full which keeps you waiting forever. There was a used condom on our outside windowsill- the room was tiny and sink was clogged. For KL it was a reasonable price for what we got, however it wasn’t the most comfortable stay and we dreaded returning to the room. We booked for the beautiful pool but it was always swarmed with kids and closed early- we headed to a Skybar instead.

What started off feeling uncertain due to the negative reviews quickly turned into a great experience, thanks to Luxe Management’s prompt and friendly communication via WhatsApp and a seamless check-in. The modern studio is thoughtfully equipped with a kitchen and washing machine—perfect for both short and longer stays, not forgetting a killer view of the city. Great amenities including a pool, garden, and gym add to the comfort, and the location in the heart of Bukit Bintang couldn’t be more convenient. A solid choice all around and we might have just found our go-to whenever we return to KL!

ホテルではないため、チェックインやチェックアウトの方法が特殊。事前説明が欲しかった。部屋は清潔だし、エアコンや給湯器などの設備も問題無く使えた。ツインタワー は見えなかったが、夜景はキレイだった。部屋は２つの部屋が１つのセットになっている。つまり扉は２枚あることになる。土曜の朝に音楽がガンガンかかり、大合唱が始まり本当に困った。ノックをしたら、すぐに収まった。プールは水が濁っていて（マレーシアの水道事情らしい）中には入れなかった。総合的に見ればコスパは良いと思う。
