"Used the hotel only for one night. Renovations are going on however my floor seemed a bit dated outside the room. Everything was clean and well kept."

"The area had everything ! Food, shopping etc Great stay if you have a early flight out of Ohare ! "

"The hotel had no electricity upon arrival, inexplicably as there were no severe weather conditions. I was handed two glow sticks to be able to guide my way around the hotel and my room. You can’t make this stuff up. The fact that there was nothing provided to compensate for the matter (discount, credit, voucher, etc) is ridiculous. Apparently being the only on site hotel option allows for the hotel to not care about its guests and still retain business. I won’t be back. "

"Elevator extremely slow. Sometimes a 5 minute wait. Breakfast buffet food was cold although sold as a hot breakfast. Same drink glass I left on table at 6 pm was still there at 8 am. "

"This was a last-minute booking due to weather and it’s proximity to the airport made it very attractive plus the extend extended state parking."

"Had to leave, didn’t stay the night. Place was not clean , full of cockroaches, dirty towels, bedding"
