「There were no amenities. No onsite garden bistro, no bottled water. The room was clean, parking one block away. Check out dismal. I checked out early 7:00. The staff member did not respond when I greeted him. When I placed the room key in the appropriate bin I said, I hope you have a lovely day. He did not look up or respond. My granddaughter was stunned as was I ! We will mot stay hete again」

「Room was straight out of a horror movie It smelled like stale cigarettes, bathroom had hair shavings, keep your shoes on as the rug was disgusting. The door locked but was not tight so I slide a chair to lock it and the dresser. Slept with one eye open」

「The Staff was great - valet team, front desk and counter servers. All were engaging and helpful. The issue we experienced was that only one of the three elevators was operating which resulted in ridiculously long waits. On Friday morning the wait resulted in us being late for an important meeting. These need to be fixed.」
