「We were very disappointed that the pool was not available. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had known. I feel they should update their website with the information that the pool is not open until Best Western okays the pool. Very deceptive 」

「離機場近，附近沒有商場，但飯店可免費接送到Eastern Town shopping 一樓提供全天茶及咖啡，自助服務有游泳池。適合家庭旅遊。但，網路速度很慢，不適合辦公。 」

「Staff was friendly only downside was it didn't have a hot tub 」

「It was good. Front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast was very low quality, it could have been better. The waffle dough was sour, told the employee but she didn't change it. But overall it was good.」
