"It was great for a short nights sleep in between flights. But it is 30 minutes from the airport so that was not ideal. The instructions to find the free shuttle were not at all clear and it took us,a,while to figure it out. The hotel staff were very responsive and tried to help us on the phone. To get the shuttle, you walk to the end of the arrivals tunnel, go out exit 5, cross a kind of small street where vans are exiting from and you will see a big van parking lot. "Reception staff were never welcoming or friendly, advised early arrival at 11am and they said they would advise if the room was quicker but nothing until asking again at check in time. Never once said hello when coming in or going out, were there for 6 nights. Asked for additional water for the room and directed to the bar, not helpful when provided by room cleaning staff. Rooms were clean but the shower screen was tiny and meant the bathroom was constantly soaking and well flooded after the...

"Family friendly, nice pool, bar and decent breakfast. The beach access is good, public beach itself is average and can use more maintenance."
