"It was an overall excellent experience staying with them. They have variety of offerings for relaxation and recreation. The place is beautiful and you know that they’re well thought of. The staff are friendly even those who struggle with speaking English. They are hospital and quick to respond to your needs.
It would be better and quicker to order in suite food via the phone than the Zeus app, I don’t think they ever check it. Same thing with booking airport transfer via app, just call the department or the reception to have it done for you (yeah, it’s a bummer if you want to limit your in person interactions)."
