「The only positive about this place is the location, walking distance from the center of town and art/synagogue district. The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip. Our stay was made even less pleasant by a water outage which limited our ability to shower and by stairs that were literally not safe to walk on. We contacted the owner on...

「Felt at home right away! Hili Apts is in a perfect location, just a walk or short driving distance from the main section of Tiberius town. The apartment was very roomy, complete kitchen needs, awesome hot shower w excellent water pressure. Parking available on the property, which made it convenient for unloading of luggage and groceries. Anat the owner is a wonderful person. Will definitely stay here again!!」

「We stayed one night with our 3 kids. the room was renovated and nice, could use a rug, since the floor was cold. There were beds for 5 and a sofa that opens for one more if needed. Plenty of bed linens as well. Cons- no dishes in the kitchenette, and the microwave had nowhere to plug it it. we had to move it and it was heavy. Great area with lots to do. nice country club style indoor pool ( Beit Eyal) with an extra nominal fee ( 30 Shekels per person)」

「Shlomo and his wife have created a truly beautiful oasis in the Holy city of Tzfat. The property is beautiful and immaculate, with all one could need for a soul-refreshing stay. It's location is central to the old city of Tzfat, within a short walk to the artist galleries and many local restaurants and shops. My time there was relaxing and deeply restorative. 」

「Excellent room, fantastic host who was very accommodating and delightful personality, just wasn't clear on the website how the location was deep in a village which was difficult to access, poorly marked, and therefore feeling unsafe. After we were settled, we felt fine, just getting to and from the property was uncomfortable.」

「I did not have a change to stay but they did understand it was out my hands and they gave me a voucher for 2 years. They didn’t have to but they went above and beyond and I will definitely stay in this place in the future and for more days. I book another place in Jerusalem and they didn’t want to give me a voucher, they didn’t even want to consider a voucher or change of dates. So I do recommend this place to anyone. 」
