Not like the pictures, dirty

The only good was the location, only 1 minute walk and you are on the beach and 3 minutes in the center of old town and restaurants. All the rest was not good! The bathroom was very old and like broken, the room generally and bathroom was very dirty, specially the floor. The breakfast was like 3 options and 2 tables to sit in the reception small tiny aeria. As you were eating you were watching the receptionist that was cleaning the plates of the previous people ate breakfast. The pictures in the website are not like the normal! Are full with filter. Also on their pictures are showing that they have a pool, but unfortunately the pool is not their hotel but in another hotel that are working with, miles away! Generally bad reviews

Lock away all valuble items eve your make-up!!

Valuable things like a white Casio G-shock watch and make up were stolen out of the room. No one really cared to investigate. It was definitely the cleaning staff (one young girl). She was the only person in the room after we left.

La piscina no está en el hotel

Decepción. La piscina no está en el hotel como se indica, se tiene acceso a la que está ubicada en otro hotel a 20 minutos caminando. Las fotos de la habitación tampoco se corresponden con las de la descripción. El baño perdía agua, en la ducha había un agujero que daba a recepción... el pomo de la puerta estaba roto... Por este motivo nos hicieron un upgrade las 2 últimas noches al otro hotel y nos regalaron el desayuno. Así que pudimos estar en el hotel que realmente habíamos reservado aunque con peor ubicación.

Déçus

Aucun accueil à notre arrivée. La clef de notre chambre était posée sur un comptoir mais aucune indication nous avait été donné pour nous en informer. Arrivés dans la chambre, nous trouvons une salle de bain minuscule, avec une douche pas pratique, collée aux toilettes.. qui sont sales! Nous cherchons ensuite la fameuse piscine.. elle n’existe pas, descriptif mensonger, nous nous sommes fait arnaquer.. la piscine est celle d’un hôtel voisin situé à 10 min à pied.. quelle déception ! Heureusement, seuls points positifs, l’hôtel est bien situé (a quelques pas de la plage et quelques minutes du centre ville) et la chambre a été faite et les serviettes changées tous les jours.. nous restons quand même déçu car nous avons payé pour des services dont nous n’avons pas profité..

ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ.

Είχα κάνει κράτηση σε αυτό το κατάλυμα ένα με δύο μήνες νωρίτερα από την άφιξη μου εκεί πιστεύοντας στις ωραίες φωτογραφίες και καλές κριτικές που είχε. Κατέληξα να πληρώσω για ένα ημιυπόγειο δωμάτιο 100€ την βραδιά που ήταν στενάχωρο χωρίς σχεδόν καθόλου φυσικό εξαερισμό χωρίς μόνωση,με τα πάντα να είναι ορατά από το δρόμο χωρίς ένα κάθισμα εκτός από τα δύο μονά κρεβάτια ή κάπου αλλού να ακουμπήσει κανείς τα πράγματα του. Αποκορύφωμα μια κλειστή δίφυλλη ντουλάπα με γρίλιες από όπου έβγαινε μια δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά μούχλας ικανή να σου δημιουργήσει αναπνευστικό πρόβλημα. Τι μπάνιο μικρό και ξεπερασμένο από τη δεκαετία του 80 χωρίς μείκτη στο ντουζ ενώ ο μικρός φωταγωγός έβλεπε στον χώρο της υποδοχής. Τα στρώματα ήταν εντελώς άβολα και σκληρά. Ήταν πραγματικά ένα από τα χειρότερα καταλύματα που έχω μείνει τα τελευταία χρόνια και σίγουρα το πιο ακριβοπληρωμένο. Υπάρχουν πάρα πολλά άλλα καταλύματα στην περιοχή και σίγουρα προτείνω να μην επιλέξετε αυτό.... Αν μπορούσα να του βάλω αρνητική βαθμολογία θα το έκανα...

Perfect Location!

The hotel was within walking distance to the city center and the bus station. We felt safe walking with the kids all around town, even to the donkeys! We rented 3 rooms and 2 have been recently updated which meant that they had comfortable beds and showers. The other room will be lovely once it is updated. The pool was the perfect size to lounge around or take a dip. The kids enjoyed playing at the pool and sitting on the roof top terrace.

On arrival there was no one at reception (apparently they have no staff to do so) so we rang a number and someone came to meet us. Unfortunately they had double booked our room and were told that we would be staying in their sister hotel a 10 minute walk away. We were taken to the other hotel and checked in. This hotel was a definite upgrade, as per night cost as much as our whole stay. We were offered a free breakfast as compensation and told that our luggage would be moved to the other hotel in the morning. We had a lovely nights stay and packed up in the morning. However they could not tell us when the room would be ready which left us without a room with a 10 month old baby, and unable to get to our bags again until late into the afternoon. When we got to the room this was definitely very basic compared to the other hotel. But right by the beach with a slight view of the sea from our room. The advertised swimming pool is not onsite but in the sister hotel a 10minute walk away, which is off putting as the path is not easy with a pram. Room was worth the price but misinformation is letting the place down, plus staff to man the reception.

Studios à 50 mètres de la plage de Saint Georges

Studios très propres et bien tenus. Le patron et le personnel sont accueillants et sympathiques. Les studios sont à 50 mètres de la plage de Saint Georges et à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville. De plus le patron de l'hôtel assure le transport du port ou de l'aéroport à l'arrivée et au départ sur demande. Excellente expérience.

Don't stay here. Stay at Oniro

Really disappointing. No one at reception, you have to call when you arrive. Lobby bathroom full of dead flies, didn't look like it had been cleaned in months. Room was basic which we expected with the price but it just didn't feel clean. Stains on the blankets and sheets. Bathroom barely had a toilet. It just didn't feel like they cared about the place. We slept on top of the sheets and blankets and left first thing in the morning. Stayed at a place the next night that saved our trip to Naxos - go to Oniro Studios they were amazing. We don't like to complain but this was a bad experience.

Bilderna stämmer ej överens

Bilderna stämmer inte alls överens med verkligheten på det sättet att de ger intrycket av någorlunda fräschhet, den finns inte alls. Ingen bemannad reception och en lätt rökdoft i hela byggnaden. Vi gick därifrån och hittade ett av de många andra hotellen i närheten för ungefär samma pris och normal standard. Rekommenderas ej!

Søde og rare mennesker med god humor..dejligste strand 100 meter rundt om hjørnet som er meget meget børnevenlig og pæn ren..gode hyggelig strand barer med god stemning.

Helpful owner

The owner contacted us by email. collected us from the ferry, booked an island tour for us and allowed us to use the swimming pool at his other hotel just 10 minutes walk away. He did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. Would stay there again or even at his more upmarket hotel the Princess.
