「工作人員不誠實，帳單錯誤經過反應還是硬辯。例如被告知的meal plan for價格最後被亂算，並且還多收一天。經過反應還說meal plan不能一天單買⋯⋯ 並且還竄改帳單細節。這樣價格住宿卻是這樣的管理水準，很失望！」

「Ok for the price. Great to have breakfast included. Jack helpful and welcoming. Issue with the shower - they were very quick to resolve. Unusual setup in the bathroom in the family quad room, with mesh window between our bathroom and another bathroom (had curtains both sides) so could hear everything... Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool - was clean (not sure that the small fish were meant to be in there but kids were fine with it).」

「I booked it for my brother and sister-in-law. They loved every minute of their stay there. Seems like a popular destination for Tongans to stay at. Stuff and people are friendly and always very helpful. 」
