Nice room. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable beds and lovely pool to dip in after a long day out. Need to have taxi services available as sometimes it can take a while awaiting for a cab outside the hotel.

On checking in, we realised my daughter had booked using my Short/ preferred name, not full name. The older lady ant the reception (could be the Manager) asked us to pay by cash as the name on the booking was different to the name on my card (even if my bank account has my full name and nick name). Another option was to change names on the booking website. The hotel’s wifi wasn’t working. My daughter and I had to walk down the hill to the ATM and uphill back. It was hot on the day. There was no prior warning (on booking) that the road would be closed at tight. We were told a night before, and we had a Church service at night. After the service we had to walk uphill at night.

I stayed here for exactly two weeks, and honestly, I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. The location is perfect—right in the city centre and within walking distance of town, making everything you need easily accessible. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. My room was cleaned every day throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. They were also so kind and caring towards my little boy, making us both feel right at home. Fijians truly are some of the most hospitable people. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine friendliness made our stay even more special. The hotel manager was wonderful as well, making sure we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay with your family, I highly recommend this hotel. It has everything you need, including well-equipped kitchen facilities, making it perfect for both short and long stays.
