「We had difficulty with the contactless check in. We were told we would be given an access code at a set time ,but we were not, and we had no additional message. At the door we were able to speak to someone, via intercom, that told us our room wasn’t ready. An hour later we were given our access code. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Perfect location.」
