"Great staff. Very accommodating. Immediate shuttle. Hotel is literally AT the airport. Weather was not a usual sunny Florida day, but I wanted to walk. Out the back of the hotel across a street, through the airport parking garage and into the terminal. Did several laps in terminal and parking garage and got 2 miles."

"Bar did not order a good selection. The staff was unaware of my Expedia promotion and did not fully redeem the promotion."

"Manager attitude is very poor. Housekeeping walked in on me AFTER I requested no services. Upon entering housekeeping did NOT knock. The housekeeper told on herself to the manager and she apologized. The next morning the GM told me she don’t appreciate me accusing her housekeeper for walking in on me as if I was lying. My privacy was invaded as well as the racist GM cussed at me and told me to get out! I will be reporting her to the owner and I inform you all DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Very unprofessional ! "

"Great hotel, conveniently located, friendly staff I feel bad for the breakfast hostesses because there was a lot of very rude people there that made a mess for those poor women"

"Parking was decent. We had plenty of room. We had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes everyday. We had to put our dirty ones outside the door and then they left clean ones. The room was clean and in fair shape. We had to have a new toilet seat, the one on it was broke by previous guest. We had broken screen. They fixed both issues in a timely manner. Also we had to get new cards to get into our room, a few times a day during our stay. They would lose the code to open the door. That was annoying. And no restaurant, pizza place would deliver to this particular location, that sucked. "
