"The rooms were clean and modern, but the beds were hard as a brick. The bathroom had enough room to maneuver but the water pressure in the shower was like a slow drip. The bath towels were too small to wrap around our bodies. The worst part was the terrace. Sold like it was this great thing, ours had a floor that was torn up and the chairs felt like they were going to rip any second."
"The location of the property is great for Annapolis but for the amount of money you pay I would expect better. The room was a little dirty like the staff just ran through it. The bedside lamp was broke the air conditioner was a portable one that kept the room cool but was loud and obnoxious when trying to sleep. The toilet rocked and there was mold in the shower As for the amenities a waterfront property did not focus on the view leasing it out to two restaurants nothing for a guest to...
"The ONE issue with our stay at the DoubleTree Hilton In Annapolis was our check-in on the evening of 8/1/26 at around 8:00 pm.
There was a line of about five other people waiting to check in, and only one staff member at the front desk.
The staff member did a fine job, so no complaints with her, but from an organizational perspective having one person at the front desk on a Saturday evening in the summer was clearly bad planning by hotel management."

Making matters worse was the fact that the $32 fee did not guarantee a legal parking space. Many of the patrons parked in the fire lane or created their own parking spot. Those who could not create a parking space parked on the street adjacent to the property. The experience inside the hotel was great, but the parking situation kept this from...
"The room was nice, everyone was friendly and helpful. The room does need some papertowels, i dont like using the towels on hand. But other than that the room was great."
