"A very clean, safe and quiet place to make as you home base to explore the Lake Powell area. The cabins are comfortable, compact and and scenically located right among beautiful red rocks. The pool was a lovely treat after getting sweaty and dusty! The staff were hard working, energetic and responsive to every question and request we had. The only minor drawback was very low water pressure in the cabin for showers. Overall a lovely stay and o hope to boost another Roam property soo "

"A very old, dingy hotel that felt like it was a barely renovated mental hospital. The bathroom had an odd window between the bedroom and shower room, and the toilet barely flushed. The views were of only desert as the lake levels are very low. The room was also not super clean with stained sheets and every surface looked worn and need of replacement. Would not stay here again. "
