"This hotel is transitioning into a fairfield inn, so it was under construction. Our room was very nice and spacious. The pool is indoors and smelled heavily of chlorine so we decided not to use it and.the.hot tub was out of.service. There was no shower gel for 2 days. And when we arrived, there was hair in the shower. However, we got a great price and the location was perfect. It was close to walmart and all of the sites that one can visit around page. Big John's barbecue was fun and the band was good, so we went there twice and sunset at wahweap point was also great."

"The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. I truly believe they wanted me happy. So it was a problem when the toilet stopped flushing in my Room 202. I won't tell all the details, but having a working toilet should be a priority. When it appeared repairs would be delayed, the front desk staff assigned me a different room. There seem to be issues with Room 202; decline it, if offered. Otherwise, my 3 night stay was wonderful. I enjoyed the space in the rooms, they were clean and quiet, and I felt safe. The hot tub and pool are closed for renovations, so that was disappointing. Breakfast was a complete hot buffet. Despite feeding large tour groups, I did not see them run out of food. It's a good location up the hill, and views are available. Yes, I would stay here again."

"Absolutely terrible experience. I was explicitly assured that accepting a room upgrade would not result in any additional charges, yet I later discovered that my credit card had been charged anyway. This feels dishonest and misleading. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay elsewhere. If they can’t be trusted to honor what they tell guests, they don’t deserve your business."

"The rooms our group stayed in were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was really good for both adults and children. The only drawback was the pool was not heated and the weather was a slight chilly. The children were able to have a great time in the hot tub though. For some reason there was an oil/grease smell in the elevator and in the hallway on the 3rd floor."
