「Amazing staff !!!」

「I had a great stay at The Exotic House. Hot water, heat in the rooms. all at an affordable price. I would definitely stay there again.」

「The staff are friendly and helpful. however, there was a really big cockroach in my room and i killed it myself, wait quite a time for the staff from hotel to pick up the body. i paid expensive price and just stay for few hours, and still i experience this, i sent messgage to them to tell my disappointment but they never reply, which was really upset.. i do have a photo of the big cockroach but i do not want to show it here to scare people.」

「這裡服務人員很不錯，有守衛，很客氣，服務也很好，住宿附近就可以逛街很方便，主管也會時刻關心住戶入住的感覺，也溫馨。 」

「Super friendly and helpful staff, quiet but close to the activity of Thamel. The pool isn't huge but offers fresh air and a great view of Kathmandu while you cool off! Overall, this hotel isn't fancy but it's a great value and a welcoming property.」
