「This place was perfect for our stay in Santiago. The property was comfortable, clean, and very secure. Charly, the owner was even extremely accommodating and even let us check in early! We would definitely stay here again!」

Conseguí que la anfitriona nos cambiará de departamento, el cual estaba un poco un poco mejor, pero aún así deficiente. Otro punto en contra es que tiene muy poca ropa de cama, y nada de calefacción así que fue una noche terrible a pesar que dormimos con ropa, el frío fue insoportable.」

「The first thing you notice is very nice personnel who speak better English than the reception of airport Hilton does. The second thing - the property is huge and somewhat worn out. But after 5 nights I got used to it. The crowd is mixed - both backpackers and mature couples. There are both dorms and private room at the property. I wish there was a walking tour on offer, these things are more fun than a van from Chiletour. In general, I wish there were better tours on offer. But I don't know...

「Convenient location, a short walk to Subway station, excellent breakfast choices, plenty of restaurants nearby, and most importantly the super helpful staff!」

「Very friendly staff. Spacious room (suite). A pretty good location; 10 minutes walk to the top 2 Santiago attractions: Cerro Santa Lucia and Cerro San Cristobol, and 5 minutes walk to the charming Lastarria neighborhood.The roof top cafe serve decent food, but with limited choices. The included breakfast had somewhat limited choices, but of high quality. The vintage building has some charming decor.」
