"Hotel in a very convenient location. On this occasion as the Queen rooms were not available we booked a junior suite which we thought would be one of the rooms with a kitchenette area however it was a rather strange room with a lounge area and a bath in the bathroom. There was supposed to be a coffee machine according to the booking but there wasn’t one - they provided one. Unfortunately the room was on the seventh floor and the WiFi does not work well on the area of that floor. In general the room and hotel were fine. AC TV etc worked well."

The hotel was so nice and our room omg just beautiful, we stayed in the supreme corner room and enjoyed every moment. Next time we have to stay a longer time because our 5 days and 4 nights went by so quickly. Keep up the good work to all the staff, front desk staff, room service staff and house keeping were all amazing. Thank you all. "

"The hotel is nice overall and the rooms are nice (especially the bathrooms) however the noise level from the hotel’s own restaurant is ridiculous. loud music until 4am despite being in the room “that I wouldn’t hear anything” hotels should allow for sleeping and to tell us upon check in when we have no other option isn’t helpful. front desk and valet staff were very nice"

"Tuve una parada inesperada en Panamá, y realicé reserva, sin pago en ese momento, en este hotel a las 6pm. Al llegar en la recepción todo estuvo bien, realicé pago con tarjeta. En la habitacion (314) el aire acondicionado sonaba terriblemente fuerte, la televisión estaba dañada, solo estaba el hueco de la caja fuerte, la ducha no se cerraba bien y la mayoria del agua salía hacia la bañera, la alfombra era vieja y se la veía sucia. El personal en general fue amable. "
