"I received an upgrade to a residential space which was phenomenal - apartment living. The restaurant and spa were wonderful. However, the premises offered very little outdoor space, with a very small lap pool that was underwhelming. On a separate note, housekeeping tossed out food I stored in the refrigerator and removed all of the mini bar snacks and drinks prior to my departure. I reached out to the front desk twice to inform them of this, but no one followed up on what happened. So, that was a disappointment. Overall, a beautiful property but I’d prefer one with greater walkability and better outdoor facilities (pool area)."

"The room was fine, cleaning staff great. The front desk is a gong show. No one seemed to know what was going on, the staff were not helpful. The pool only had 4 lounge chairs, the cushions were very dirty. The pool was not clean and the pool decking was very dirty. Nothing had been scrubbed up there for some time."

"We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Panama City! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The location is convenient and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, a wonderful place to stay—we would definitely come back!"

"I NEVER COULD ENTER! You charged me twice the price plus the hotel charged me again and I never used the room due to the fact that the system in the hotel was broken when we tried to check in. YOU MUST REIMBURSE ME and the hotel too!"
