"The room was large and very clean. Bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was excellent and a fantastic variety. Staff on arrival and in the breakfast area along with cleaners were all hard working & friendly. Air conditioning was very much needed and working well. We didn’t use the parking even though it was available."

"This hotel is a gem. Quiet neighborhood but still close to the action. Easy access to Plaza Mayor, shops, lots of little bars. Room was well furnished and also very quiet, even though we were close to a bar at street level and our room was on the first floor. Bathroom was excellent. Room was well cleaned once (as we requested). Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not use the hotel's restaurant/bar but it looked very good. Would stay again for sure!"

"Juan the front of house manager was so helpful right from when arrived . He was excellent.Great big clean room. Only Minus was you don’t get asked what you want for breakfast and they bring an assorted platter which included eggs which l have a severe allergy to. They didn’t ask about allergies.."
