"room we got was big and nice. The room cleaning staff did a thorough job with cleaning our room and making our beds. They always changed the bed sheets at room cleaning. The lobby staff was also nice and helpful. Location was convenient, close to subway station. We would stay here again."

"We stayed in one of their larger room for a family of four. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Can not ask for better service. The staffs all spoke english which made it easy to communicate. From our own personal experience with the hotel, we would definitely stay here again. "The room was clean and well equipped. One downside was that they did not clean the room for the second day stay. Breakfast provided in the dining room was good enough to make a start for a day. "

"Hotel was clean and comfortable to stay in. Location was also great with direct subway access and many bus options right outside. I stayed for the second time in Room 2601, but two reported room faults weren’t rectified from my last stay. 1. Cabinet hinge for the in-room fridge is almost falling apart. 2. Bathroom glass door scrapes the floor tile whenever opening/closing, raising safety risk. I hope this would be looked into as soon as possible. Hotel staff Ms Joy was exceptionally great in her service. She was patient and it was really nice of her to provide early check-in when I arrived very early."
