"This hotel was excellent, it is a great location, just a short walk to all the local attractions. Clean comfortable bedding, Room was nice and warm. Loved the heated toilet seat. We contacted the hotel prior to our visit about my daughter using a Wheelchair and they kindly upgraded us to a more suitable room. They were very helpful on the front desk, booking our taxis and a tour to the DMZ. A great stay and I can highly recommend."

"Central location. Hotel is good and functional. The toom itself did not feel it was completely wiped down cleanly, as i noticed hairs and a seed in diff arenas of small twin room. That kind of leaves a not great feeling but there is a small supermarket downstairs and location is good."

"No complaints with the staff as they were very friendly and professional. They were also good at English. The room was clean, but the hallways and bathroom had a sewage smell. There was continuous drainage noise from the next room that was loud. It woke me up at 2 in the morning because it got louder all of a sudden. Overall it was an okay stay but it would not be my first choice in Seoul."

"I had a great stay here as a solo traveller. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from the airport bus stop and the concierge is open 24/7. The bathroom is a still on the small side but for one person it was great. The CU being in the lobby is really helpful and the hotel location is great - close to the subway and in a more peaceful area of Insadong. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The property is well located in the Myeodong area. Subway is like 5 mins walk. Lots of places to eat around the area. Quite convenient. The hotel is clean and modern. Room is comfortable. Room size is sufficient. I would come back again. "
