"For the first four days, we stayed on the fourth floor, and it was great. For the next five days, we were moved to the third floor, and there was definitely a difference. The fourth floor was quieter, cleaner, and overall more comfortable. On the third floor, there was loud music playing late into the night, and one day I had to speak with the staff about having our room cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, though, this was the best hotel stay of our two-week trip, and we really enjoyed our time there."

I especially want to mention Mr. Jose at the bar, who was very helpful, professional, and attentive. His excellent service made my experience even better.
