「We absolutely loved our stay at Galle Fort Hotel. It was a beautiful property in the middle of the fort town which had lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was unbelievably beautiful and felt very luxurious. The staff were so attentive and kind. The breakfast was my favorite I’ve ever had at a hotel! Beautiful fruit and delicious cooked food. Cannot recommend enough! We will be back. 」

「The staff went above and beyond. It was my girlfriends 30th birthday and while I was in the UK they helped to get things organised and things didn’t change once we got here. The best treatment, I could see the staff did this across the board for everyone at the hotel. They really couldn’t have helped more if they tried, from the manager, to the reception staff, bar staff and everybody else.
Very pretty, warm welcoming and a overall amazing stay in a beautiful setting. A perfect hub for if you...

「The hotel staff are really helpful and polite. They are willing to tell me how to reach Mirissa Beach and Jungle Beach. One of the staff even provided me lots of details of catching a bus to Jungle beach. They are friendly and informative.」

「Wi-Fi一会就掉，连了几次还是用自己的网，咖啡机的咖啡需要付费，住房也是按人头算费用的，不管你需不需要加床，在泳池游泳时服务生会三番五次询问需不需要点东西，不点都不好意思了，除了泳池很棒，客人的体验感差了些，其实可以做的很好的！酒店还是不错的！」
