「james very friendly, check in was very fast and clear, and provided breakfast ,room was very clean and bed very comfortable, bathroom looked new and like have been refurbished, room furnished with the ingenuity of the owner, it’s great location to stay ,few minutes walk to near the sea , highly recommend staying here. and very quiet at night!」

「Overall the property was very clean and everything was brand new. Great location and close walk to every where. Only down fall was the kitchen didn't have as many pots and pans if you wanted to cook a family meal. The iron was not working but we got a replacement the next day. The ceiling in the bedroom upstairs was quite low and became quite warm. The property does not have air con except for a fan in the living room. We took an additional fan with us which helped. I would recommend this...

「We only stayed one night but we can honestly say the Hotel was above our expectations the staff were friendly and welcoming our room was spacious clean and beautifully decorated and quiet. The breakfast was freshly cooked that we pre ordered last night and delicious much better the the buffet style.There was plenty of choice of cereals fresh fruit salad yoghurts and a hot drinks machine. 「We were on the 3rd floor twin room,found last set of stairs narrow and very steep 60+ room small. Breakfast excellent staff great」

「Nice flat near Plymouth Uni and walking distance to local shops. Access was a bit painful as tbe access code did not work but soon resolved by contacting customer services. Some of the property info such as wifi network and password were not correct either so they need to update their comms. Otherwise the flat was comfortable and had enough cutlery and crockery for 4 (other than bowls). On site parking is a bonus but the open and overflowing trash bins were unsightly and not very welcoming」

「Nice and modern apartments to stay. Beautiful view from penthouse. Staffs are helpful. 」

「No one came to clean/empty bins etc for the length of our stay. It was very noisy. Constant doors banging in the middle of the night. Some drunk person knocking on the door after 9.30 pm. Reception staff were fine, but had to request clean towels/extra toilet paper.」
