「The room was very dirty and dusty with stains on the bedsheets. There was no instructions to bring your own towels online and then no information sheets in the rooms. I rung the number for help and she was very condescending saying that there was an information sheet in my room that would “answer all my questions” despite her supposedly being there if we needed any help and there was infact NO information sheet in our room. The shower drain was also leaking so we had to use our towels to soak it...

My only suggestion is for guests to clean up after themselves, especially in the communal kitchen. Other than that, I had a good stay and would definitely recommend it.」
