"GardenSong is in a great location! We were able to walk to places we wished to visit in the downtown area. Self check-in worked well. My only issue involves food/drink. A message from GardenSong indicated "Southern Breakfast Included." A second message indicated "Help yourself to a complimentary beverage in your room upon your arrival - cereals and yogurts are available as well." "The property is a beautiful old historic home and the owners did a tour which was very interesting. The rooms are quaint but quite small and full of potentially breakable things so need to be less cluttered. The mattress was not good and the bed really creaked. They give you breakfast and I emailed to say I had a food allergy but this was ignored which was all a bit awkward as no choice. The place is peaceful and quiet and well situated for the historical homes tour."
