Great Place after camping in Torres del Paines!

Clean, comfortable and centrally located to the center of town. Helpful 24/7 staff and satiating breakfast after being on the W-Trail.

Property was modern, and I loved the staricase.. so simple and striking. The room was moern, and although on ground floor at the back end of the buiding, the view was of a wall, but it didn't matter. I was only there a night, but it was a great room and I enjoyed the stay.

Natalino is a very noisy hotel and the doors are thin so you can’t expect a good nights sleep without noice!

This hotel does NOT have air-conditioning. If you are booking it for that reason do not. Rooms are airless boxes with small windows. Staff nice. Parking outside easy. Very overpriced.

Great central location. Very clean and nice with comfy beds, and wonderful bathrooms with large rainfall shower. Nice breakfast. Some hall echo acoustic issues due to concrete wall and open space of the stairs opposite to the doors of all rooms, but I would stay here again!

Hotel aceptable, mala gestión.

El hotel está bien. La habitación es pequeña y decorada de forma minimalista. Ducha fantástica. Desayuno bueno. Sin embargo, la gestión deja mucho que desear. Un día no nos hicieron la cama ni limpiaron la habitación. Nos dijeron que la persona encargada no se había presentado al trabajo. No le hicieron la habitación a nadie aunque tuvieron todo el día para arreglarlo. ¿No tenían un simple plan de contingencia? Quisimos hablar con la directora pero no estuvo disponible en ningún momento. Tenían orden de no molestarla. Al final nos cambiaron de habitación y nos compensaron con una botella de vino. El personal de recepción fue muy amable e hizo lo que pudo ante el caos de gestión. ¡Increíble!.

Eigentlich alles gut, Lage sowieso gut, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Obwohl wir das größere Zimmer im Dachgeschoss gebucht hatten, sind die Zimmer doch relativ klein, fast keine Möglichkeit was auszupacken, geschweige denn den Koffer richtig aufzumachen..

Positiv: Sehr freundliches (auch englisch sprechendes) Personal. Zimmer war bei Ankunft warm. Alles sauber und in Ordnung. Frisches Obst zum Frühstück. Negativ: sehr hellhörige Zimmer (das ist nun mal in Chile so). Ein Toaster für alle Gäste, da dauert es schonmal länger. Ansonsten war alles okey.

Boa base de decolagem para Torres Del Payne.

Gostamos muito. Hotel bem localizado em relação aos restaurantes, transporte e atrações locais. A cidade não é grande e foi importante estarmos bem no centro. Um ótimo ponto de partida para os passeios mais distantes. Quarto bem aquecido, café da manhã bem sortido e algumas comodidades que nos permitiam desfrutar um lanche no próprio quarto, no final da tarde, quando voltávamos dos passeios, antes do banho e do jantar, que, no nosso caso, era sempre no final da noite, por volta das 21:00/22:00 h. Uma piscina aquecida, com cascata, no último andar, bem relaxante. Uma das recepcionistas, mulher, da qual não lembro o nome, excepcionalmente simpática e competente. Outros, sempre homens, dos quais também não recordo os nomes, não tanto, bem frios e distantes. Mas, no geral, cumpriram os seus deveres com responsabilidade.

Stunning interior design, warm and modern at the same time. The beds are comfortable and clean The breakfast buffet will please those who want to keep a healthy diet: it offers amazing fresh fruits, tea selection and an overall array of pastries, cheese and cold cuts. The WiFi is spotty in the rooms. The Parking door was broken so we could not use it and street parking is not that easy. The pool Is smaller than expected, not really meant for swimming. Perfect for relaxing. Would have liked a jacuzzi to soothe hiking legs
