Rooms are to dirty, dirty walls, mold in the bathroom. The food is horrible. Stuff doesn’t help a lot. Never pay attention what you need it. Construction in the middle of the day.

Place is ok, main issue is to stay for 3 full days without internet! I had meetings to attend and was required to find a cafe nearby with internet. The explaination was some throubleshootings during these days and internet should return to normal, that didnt happen during the stay. Another explaination that the internet was unstable and should return soon. Anyway, I would refrain to stay again if requires internet access.

Minha estadia foi boa, porém estávamos procurando mais conforto do que diversão. O atendimento é ótimo, tem lanches e petiscos 24h, café da manhã e um restaurante. Não esperimentamos o café da manhã, mesmo assim quem não gosta de acordar sedo em viagem não vai gostar, mas pelo lado bom a garagem é enorme contendo 3 andares e é de fácil acesso.

Melhorando!

Felizmente foi possível perceber uma melhora, sobretudo com a mudança no restaurante. Contudo, ainda precisam melhorar a roupa de cama, que parece não ter o mesmo tamanho da cama... Aliás, a cama era muito barulhenta, rangendo à toa. O ar condicionado também fazia barulho na evaporadora. A equipe foi muito cordial e atenciosa.

Acomodação ruim no quarto triplo.

Fiz uma reserva para 2 adultos e 1 criança no qual o descritivo mencionava uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro. O quarto que ficamos não tinha uma cama de solteiro e sim um sofá cama de solteiro muito desconfortável e baixo.

Ótimo

Todas as minhas necessidades foram supridas no Hotel Ibis. Muito bem recepcionado pelos colaboradores do hotel e o quarto estava bem organizado e confortável. O único problema que aconteceu na minha estadia foi com a questão da TV Smart que não estava captando a internet do hotel, mas apesar disso o técnico compareceu e resolveu com praticidade.
