O quarto é muito barulhento pois fica ao lado de um restaurante\piscina do condominio ao lado. desde muito cedo até tarde da noite musica e muita gente conversando alto, impossível ficar com a janela aberta. Passar toda a estadia com a janela fechada fez com que o quarto que já é bem pequeno devido as duas camas ficasse ainda menos confortável. A equipe de limpeza usa rádios em volumes bem altos no corredor o que também prejudica demais o descanso e conforto. Para piorar ao lado tem 2 apartamentos que aparentemente são adminsitrados por um senhor sem nenhum respeito que passa pelo corredor falando alto e cantando, certo dia tentei conversar com ele as 6h da manhã ele respondeu que já estava ali há 15 anos e foi bem grosseiro. A limpeza é disponibilizada diariamente mas apenas retirar o lixo, varrer o chão e estender a cama caso ainda não tenha sido feito, o banheiro e até mesmo o pó de cima do microondas não foi visto.

Boa experiência, com alguns pontos para melhorar.

Ja havia me hospedado nesse condomínio antes, ele não é novo e precisa de algumas manutenções, mas nda que prejudicasse a experiencia geral da hospedagem. O apartamento não está bem conservado, a bancada esta toda empenada, o box do banheiro trava e não veda bem a água, o ar-condicionado estava bem barulhento, o colchão me pareceu bem gasto e me deu dor nas costas. Fora isso a experiência foi possitiva, a localização na minha opiniao vale o sufoco com os detalhes apontados, é pé na areia, próximo de restaurantes, mercado e padaria. Voltaria mais vezes, como já fiz.
