「This is a nice, basic place to stay. No frills, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Accessible to shops and restaurants in Wooster with a 5-10 minute drive. The bed was clean and modestly firm - no lumps or bumps! Showers were nice and hot... too hot, actually, so mind the tap!」

「There wasn’t anything great for the breakfast option most things were out when we went down to eat, so we decided to pass on breakfast. The only downfall was the vending machines were cash only, they need to offer a card option.」

「Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. 」

「Have stayed several times at this property. Like the location to all the shops in Berlin. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hate that the pet rooms are on the top floor, but deal with it and aware that's how it is. Might try the Berlin Heritage next time with pet room in back lower level. (Hope there are pictures on the walls, last time not!) I would suggest you offer the guest breakfast at either of your locations and that is communicated to guest upon check in. 「Cute place- very nice for families or for a romantic getaway! Cleanest place I've ever been. Super relaxing- they thought of everything! Fireplace, jacuzzi tub, super soft beds, balcony on 2nd floor had glider chairs and a big sliding glass door that overlooked the pond and fountain..... will be telling all my friends and family. Super close to both Berlin & Millersburg. Easy check in- easy check out. Quiet and serene.」
