People were exceptionally nice and accommodating to my husband’s special needs and our dog! We were passing through after a long drive amdntheyngavenus everything we needed! would go there again and also downtown Franklyn was a plus!

Volleyball Tournament
Room was spacious. Beds would have felt better with foam style mattresses. Loved the kitchenette and kitchen amenities, perfect for a family & Walmart was across the street for any necessities. Pool was great for the kids. Breakfast amenities were great too!

Overall good, missing linens
Overall things were very clean. We saw the cleaning crew out and about. What was a negative was there was no extra bedding for the pullout. We looked everywhere - no extra pillows/blankets/sheets. They had that before. I went to the desk and was told it should be in the closet. Yes, I agree, it should have been but wasn't. I did get sheets and a pillow from the desk but no blanket. Thankfully my kids travel with blankets so we were okay. Not a huge issue overall, but something to note.

Really clean, nice having a mini kitchen with a full fridge and freezer rather than a “dorm fridge”. Good selection at the complimentary breakfast including oatmeal, bagels, yogurt and fresh fruits, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, 3 cold cereal options, waffles, eggs, sausage links, potatoes, toast, muffins. Staff was very friendly. Right off I-65 which was great for us. Would definitely return.

Clean, pleasant, contemporary, great location. Kind staff and pleasant visit. Breakfast was OK and staff at breakfast was exceptionally helpful even at very early hour. Only issue is minor -- we got in after hours and it was counter-intuitive to use the phone behind the desk to get attention. Once staff knew we were present they were cheerful and eager to help.

Overall a lovely hotel, but no temperature control
The suite was very nice and the bed and pillows were amazing! However, the thermostat couldn’t be controlled and the temperature wouldn't go below 70°. It was hot and stuffy. It was one of those thermostats with the appearance of being able to push buttons, but nothing happened. Also, the ice maker in the refrigerator was off and we had no ice. I would have expected more from a pricey hotel.

I don’t have many complaints aside from the shower not being cleaned (to my standards I guess) and the fact that the KING size bed in the KING size suite we stayed in was only a queen. When I asked the front desk, they wouldn’t offer an apology for the false advertisement or any other solution. Just that “we booked the room and that’s what they have.” Even though in the listing it specifically says king size. Otherwise no complaints but I definitely will not be back again.

Great hotel
Our room in the Staybridge Suites in Franklin was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to make our own meals. There is a Walmart across the street and other stores and restaurants very close by. Everyone was friendly. For the price this hotel was perfect for our stay.
