「The room was clean and AC solid, but the desk staff was not helpful. They kept insisting is checked in in advance (I had not) and didn’t answer when I’d called in advance to let them know my flight was delayed and I’d be arriving late.」

「I didn't have any issues staying at the property. Some of the front staff was helpful. I suggest that people should bring their own towels and toilet paper because some of the staff was stingy just supplying either one roll of toilet paper knowing I had a family of 4 staying for the week. I bought towels cuz depending on the staff I will get 3 towels. The breakfast was great. Oh you will hear a train in the middle of the night passing through around 2am. But if anyone can sleep through that...

「I didn’t like that my sheets were dirty. I always pull the sheets back when I first arrive. It was hair in the bed and the sheets had stains on them. Front desk said “oh, housekeeping is not here, but I’ll give you some clean sheets” , so I had to change my own sheets as well. Breakfast was ok. Staff was ok. Parking was fine. Overall it wasn’t 8/10 like the ratings stated. I would say maybe 5/10.」

「Our room was fine. The last La Quinta Inn we stayed at was much nicer in North Carolina. The free breakfast wasn't great. It was the same options each day and the eggs were runny. The pool seem to be in rough shape. Fence was broken in several locations with caution tape in its place. Hallways were very warm. Overall it was ok, but if I went back to Nashville I would pick a different hotel」
