My family and I (size 6 & a dog) had a great weekend! Abby and Patty are super nice. The customer service is excellent and professional. We’ll stay here again. The Mexican restaurant across from the hotel has great food. Our car was safe and we slept well. We hope to return one day!

In a great location restaurant right in front gas stations across the street very quiet wasn’t that nosy but the smell of dogs in the lobby that’s because other people had dogs that stayed at the facility

The problem we had was the drain in the bath tub is slow, after you shower the tub is full of water.

Very old rooms. Bathtub chipped and peeling. Furniture scraped up. Poor paint job on walls/fixtures. Musty smell. Floors not insulated. We could hear the people above us walking around until midnight. Many breakfast foods out of stock. Overpriced for the quality. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.

William at the front desk was very kind. As was the general manager. Unfortunately, our a/c unit wasn't working in the room and it was a sauna...in March. We pried open the window and it was very very noisy. The GM tried to fix the unit to no avail. Additionally, we spent 4 nights and 3 days there and only on our last day did anyone bother to service the room so we had to get our own towels and sheets and take out our own trash. The service was unfortunate but, again, we found the staff very kind.

I liked that it was easy to get into and back out on the main road. There were lots of restaurants near by and the staff are friendly and helpful! This was my 3rd stay in as many months! I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was super friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed a fresh hot breakfast each morning of our stay. Location is great and it's a short drive to events in Nashville.

The staff here is very polite and easy to talk to! Our room was ready when we got there, and everything was very quaint and cozy. The lobby elevator was a tad rickety and we did find a few mystery stains in our room - but overall it was very nice. My card did also get double charged for our deposit, but they were able to reverse the second charge very easily! I’m still waiting on the first charge, but I’m sure it’s just one of those things that takes a few days.

The place was a dump. Old, dirty, and run down. The staff spoke such poor english i could barely communicate with them. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

The staff made check-in/check-out very quick and easy. The lobby and breakfast areas were nice, clean and well-maintained and serviced. The rooms were fine, and clean. Hallways are ready for upgrades to catch up to the lobby.

Very dated facility. Pictures make the place look much more up to date than it actually is. Heavily rusted door trim, molding caulking in tub, just an old building. Was noisy and not a comfortable sleep. I would have expected these conditions in a hotel about half the price of what we paid. Will look elsewhere next time through.

Ok for One Night!!!
The hotel has too few number of staff its size. We booked a Suite with King Bed and it was a big big suite (Plus Point). However the cloth Closet did not have a single Hanger… they closed the breakfast buffer at 9:00am though all LQ has breakfast open till 10:00 on Sat/Sun
