This was our second time at this property and unfortunately, our room was not cleaned properly this time. When pulling out the bed from the couch we found a used condom wrapper. We also found an eye lash on the sink counter. The staff was nice and brought us new sheets, but we weren't offered a new room. We were so disappointed. Also, the number sign to our room was broken. We most likely won't be staying here because of this. But the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

very old and rusty rooms, breakfast was a mess, not a single item was even labelled and people couldn't figure out what the items were (ex- waffle batter, apple juice filled in a clear jug, etc). They were running out of coffee at 9am but breakfast ends at 10. Had to get coffee elsewhere

Literally NO ANY table or place to put my laptop!!! I came in a work trip and i couldn't use productively my laptop (had to hold it on my knees). And the room is for 2 people. WTH?
No chairs in the room!!! WTH?
Everything is very minimalistic.
I stayed in Hyatt before (other places) and they looked much newer and more equipped compared to this one.
A $60 room in a regular hotel is more equipped than the one i got.

When we booked on expedia it showed free parking but when we got to hotel they charged $8 a day -ridiculous to charge parking at your own facility.
the place was dirty stains on sheet crumbs around sink clearly not a white glove approval.

It’s a very nice hotel with a modern, updated and clean feel. They also have a great breakfast spread. My family and I were only there for one night and didn’t get experience everything, but I’d happily stay there again.

Disappointed that we were charged an additional $8 for parking and $50 for pet cleaning. Neither of these additional fees were in the original booking. We will not go back to this hotel and would not recommend it.

Check in super easy, there is a parking charge of $8 per car. That might of been mentioned and just over looked it. Hotel restaurant isn’t really a restaurant it’s a small bar, and only had a few options that you could order.

Booked our room months ahead of time, more expensive than it should’ve been for one night. After traveling 14 hours without any notification telling me that our two bed with pullout couch was not available upon arrival and giving us a one bed with couch. We have 5 people. Very disappointed. They only offered us free parking which was $8. No other accommodation and it was very inconvenient for 5 ppl. Will not recommend.

The room was large and comfortable due to getting a suite. The breakfast had many choices. The check in was fast and efficient. They do place a hold on your card if booked through expedia. The only dislike is the size of bathroom was very tiny and the pull out sofa mattress was barely a mat.

Great location and easy access to everything! Clean property. Front desk staff a little rough at beginning of stay but they warned up to us throughout the week. Great breakfast included… cleaning is only every other day- but do you have to charge $8 per day for parking? Who does this anymore?

Guests should be aware that this hotel charges an additional parking fee on top of all Expedia negotiated pricing. I’ve never stayed at a hotel outside of the city metro area with parking fees. Additionally, this hotel is definitely not up to the Hyatt Place Brand standards. The hotel rooms are very noisy and furnishings are a bit worn and don’t appear as clean as they should be.

We booked in Brentwood expecting elevated property and service. Quite disappointed. The bathroom in the room had a weird layout. You had to step into the shower to get around the toilet to shut the door to use the bathroom. The room was clean, bed comfy, but the ice bucket had dust all over it. Breakfast was decent but understaffed; waited over 10 minutes for coffee that was out every morning. Towels in room are very small. You have to pay 8.00 a day to park, which was a surprised. Evian bottled water is in your room with a sign that says you’ll be charged 6.00 if you drink it. We won’t stay here again. Pictures online were misleading to say the least.
