The pull out bed in the suite had a grossly dirty mattress pad. One of the queen beds had a couple pieces of hair in it and sand in the sheets. The room was so small we couldn't walk to the bathroom when the couch bed was pulled out. The building looks old and worn, and the only thing that was as good as I expected was breakfast.

This in a few month has gone down hill. The person at the front desk was terrible. No custome service skills at all. I requested 1st floor i got third. I am a stroke victim and my husband is a disable vet. They do not accomodate for customers at all.

We did have to wait until after 3pm to check in. Check in was at three and we set in the lobby for just a while after. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was A Room was great.

The room was good, beds were soooo comfy! Bathroom dates but did it’s purpose. Location was perfect with stores and restaurants very close by. Would stay here again. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

There was no hand soap in the entire hotel. The elevator was broken, room keys had to be reprogrammed 3 times, carpet was filthy, pool was drained and air conditioner goes off from 12am- 8am! Just an overall terrible hotel. Needs maintenance and updating

The room had a musty smell, the carpet was wet, the bathroom had old crinkled wallpaper. The front desk gave us a room across the hall, but didnt seem surprised or concerned about issues. The beds were hard. The bathtub faucet didnt work - water in shower was very hit or scalding- no in between. Dont plan on returning ever. The only thing good was breakfast- pretty decent food for a crappy hotel!

The light turned off in the bathroom twice while going to the bathroom. The hot water never got Hot just a acceptable warm. With some kind of stain/ gunk in the tub. The bedside lamp was connected to the main light so in order to be able to use the lamp we had to have the door/hall light on all night. The back entrance wouldn't let us use a card to enter so we had to walk around the building. The pool was closed and under maintenance but no maintenance being done.The romote to the tv didn't turn on the tv.I tried to cancel my 3rd night stay the night before i came and was told i would be charged for it anyway so wasn't able to cancel. The one good thing was they allowed us to check in an hour early and the lady at the front desk was very kind.

We stayed 2 nights during our family trip.
Kids were expected to use swimming pool but pool did not open. Staffs were not friendly and not helpful.

Overall the property can use upgrades furniture and the pool was under repair. However the staff was WONDERFUL! Buffet was WONDERFUL! So 5stars for GREAT FOOD AND GREAT STAFF!!!

Why advertise a pool if there is no pool available? Families who book there based on thinking a pool is available need to know since there's 5 other hotels within walking distance with pools available.

We were just traveling though, place was clean and safe. A great BBQ spot close. A bit tricky to get to and from Highway - access around hotel is very busy. Still would give high marks, had a great and restful evening.

Booked room online. We attempted to check in only to find out we actuality had no room because the hotel overbooked! This should be against the law!
