First time staying here only stayed for one night but the hotel was nice. Room was clean, bathroom was clean and well stocked, bed was comfortable.

Everyone was very nice. We could walk to all sorts of shopping. Even though our room was near the elevator, it was super quiet.

PERFECT for my entire video crew (and Talent)
A friend of mine from Murfreesboro recommended this hotel to me. It was a fantastic choice. We had 9 people staying at the hotel including my client, the video crew and a Medal of Honor recipient and his wife. Everyone in our group commented about how wonderful the hotel was. Rooms are clean, fresh, the lobby area is very open and fantastic for gathering, talking, working and having breakfast. Bar area is perfect for afternoon and late night cocktails. It's in a great location as well. Surrounded by restaurant choices. My ONLY suggestion is that Google Maps hasn't figured out the exact location yet, so they need better signage outside so you aren't frustrated before you walk in the door....FYI: It's across the street from Embassy Suites.

Great place to stay
Pulled off the road after a day of traveling looking for a comfortable place to stay. This was it! From the moment we walked through the door. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We are sorry to hear you were unhappy. We have a commercial company treat the property every month for pests/bugs/etc, but no treatment is ever 100% successful. Thankfully, the pictures you sent showed a water bug, not a roach or some other more "icky" bug. We hope you will give us another chance.

Great Stay.
This hotel and its staff were very accommodating and met my needs in regards to my hotel stay. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet. Not enough variety.

Thank you for the nice review! As for breakfast, the Hilton Garden buffet is based on the Hilton mandate for our brand of hotel (they are all somewhat different), as most of our breakfast is "order by menu" now.

Loved the hotel. Check in and out was easy. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Most importantly, the staff was awesome! Will definitely stay here again!
