Very bad experience.
There were roaches, notably several in the fridge.
Mattresses were dirty.
That was supposed to be breakfact included, but there was only a collation (drink cereal bars).
We have complained to the staff (owner I believe here) and we have been told that, considering the situation they would reimburse us for the stay. But that could not be done directly, but through expedia.
@Expedia customer service, please let us know what is the process for such reimbursement. Thank you.
