I am so sorry that you had a poor breakfast experience. I am not sure if you are referring to this location's breakfast as we do not serve mini waffles at all and I review breakfast daily to ensure quality.

I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience you had with our front desk staff. The online check-in service is new for us and every day we try to avoid these inconveniences.
