Breakfast is horrible. Moldy bread and mini waffles, that’s it. Other than that, I liked the stay.

I am so sorry that you had a poor breakfast experience. I am not sure if you are referring to this location's breakfast as we do not serve mini waffles at all and I review breakfast daily to ensure quality.

Registered online.. once there front desk clerk errored in entering info, room card didn’t work… asked floor maid to try, she contacted another who then had to take my license and CC back to front desk clerk.. app-on which she then put me in a 3rd floor room on the opposite end of building.. I have health issues in walking and didn’t appreciate room location

I liked the location and our room was very comfy. The bed was amazing! I wasnt a huge fan of the airplanes, but it was definitely a great stay and we will be back. Having restaurants and liquor stores right next door was so convenient.

Good hot breakfast included. Housekeeping only services the room on the third day. I couldn't control the shower flow - it was very high. Bed, TV and WiFi were good.

I liked that we were very close to food options. Also the staff was great!! We took the shuttle to the airport, which was super convenient!

Our stay was meant to be 1 night but we stayed 3. Parked the car up and used Uber to visit Nashville each day/evening. Cheaper than parking at around $20 a journey. Opryland is also only a short drive away. We found the location ideal for us. The hotel is newly renovated and so is modern, extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast each morning was the good quality and plentiful.

Was a nice place for the price. For some reason someone unplugged the A/C and the TV and we didn't see it and has to call Maintenance. The situation was corrected. The main elevator was broke so we had to go to the 2nd floor for ice.

What I like: staff is friendly and accommodating and room was nice and had all the amenities we need/want.
What I disliked: area seems a little busy and loud.. lots of sirens through the night and day. Could have just been this particular day tho.. I’d stay here again, for sure, just bc of the staff alone!

This property was very close to the airport, clean, and quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again if I am in town.

Tomasina was amazing. She was the clerk that checked us in. My son is at TriStar Centennial Medical Center and had open heart surgery and she prayed with me. Best employee ever!!!

Recent renovations are nice, room was clean and fit and finish were good. Main elevator was out of service and the other seemed on its way there too, but otherwise no complaints about the place. Breakfast had a good selection, although frequently out of popular hot items.
