「Rooms were very clean once we were able to get to it. There was a movie being filmed at the hotel that we were not made aware of. There was no way to get to the front door, there was no valet or help with luggage. We were directed to the wrong place for our room. Tower rooms were beautiful.」

「From the moment we walked up to the front door the staff was warm and welcoming for us and our dog. Room was fantastic with an excellent view of the lake and mountains. Definitely will return and recommend to friends and family 」

「We had no idea that our room was basically a repurposed retirement home with a temporary divider wall between our unit and the neighbouring unit... linoleum floors, no way to securely lock your belongings, very bright overhead lighting, and hearing every word that the other guests had to say made for an awkward experience... Not worth the hotel room rates... Sorry!」

「Facing the golf course water foundation is nice. However, there was a body hair on one do the bed and the air conditioner was too noisy at night. The waterside in the pool was very fast, some kids found it very fun but some found found it quite intimidating. The waffle in the breakfast is yummy.」

「The room was very spacious - we had a 2 bedroom suite. Everything was clean. The sofas and beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful - even helped carry our stuff up the stairs. They also came to the room to assist with Wifi connection. It was very windy while we were there and lost internet and cable for one night though. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, though there was no paper towel. Lots of pots and fry pans. There was a dishwasher but no...
