"It was an old building that was okay but not well-maintained. The staff were very helpful, kind, and friendly, despite their limited English. The great bonus was the onsen (hot spring). The room was very big—almost three times the size of other rooms we stayed in during our visit to Japan. However, the location was not good at all, being next to a busy highway and very far from the old town or Nara Park."

"酒店在近鐵站上面，樓下是商場和地鐵連接，很方便，走路可以到心齋橋，地鐵難波站。吃飯逛街很方便。酒店的早餐很好吃，比其他的酒店的多很多。房間比較大又乾淨。大堂在6樓，可能不好找。人員很友善，可以寄行李。樓下火車可以直接到附近城市和機場。床也是比較舒服乾淨。每天會打掃。"
