Very pretty property. Ducks, Iguanas, Turtles. Close to restaurants. Would recommend Mr. Big Fish around the corner also. Hogfish Harrys is on the property and the locals go there, very good also. The resort loaned us beach umbrellas and chairs, just ask at the desk.

Beautiful property! Loved this place, we would stay here again. Mornings at the beach, afternoon/evenings at the pool were so nice. The grill area was very nice too.

Great resort!

As a family of five we really enjoyed staying at Park Shore Resort! It was great having like your own apartment with a balcony so you could settle in. The resort was calm and had a lot of amenities like an awesome pool, lots of grills and also tennis court etc. The location in Naples is also great, it was close to Publix, the coastland mall and food places! Will come back :)

Beautiful pool and people very nice. However, hot tub broken, no working elevator and we were on fourth floor and original room was in section under construction without access to lanai and during the day there was construction noise. Location excellent. They did upgrade our room to an area with access to lanai which was nice.

We had a bad experience, we where staying for two days but we decided to return before because we find some bugs in the apartment, the towels had a strange smell (not nice) and the coffee machine was broken. It wasn’t a nice experience

Terrible experience. Hotel hasn’t called me back in weeks. The water was turned off and someone had used both bathrooms and had not flushed. We couldn’t stay there and still haven’t gotten our refund.

Our unit balcony was covered with plastic so we were trapped with no outside access. The unit had a terrible smell because it was so closed off with the plastic sealed balcony. We were shocked they’d book a room like this. We knew there was construction going, but never expected our actual room that they rented us to be like this. Another family member had a perfectly fine unit and we both paid the same rate so don’t understand why whoever owns this unit we rented thinks it’s acceptable to rent at a normal rate when it’s not totally functional. Very disappointed with this property.

We were so pleasantly surprised by everything here. The staff was awesome, grounds were phenomenal, the room was huge and had everything we needed. Restaurant was amzaing!! The pool was fantastic, so relaxing with the amaing waterfall! Wow!!
