"During our 11-day stay here, every staff member we interacted with were friendly and responsive. There were too many standouts to highlight - front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc.. I would have run out of Euros tipping everyone deserving of a tip. We want to thank the Gold Tower management and staff for making our Italian experience more enjoyable - So glad we chose your resort!"
