「Dolly was the best! We enjoyed our stay, one night, at The Charles; it was comfortable, convivial, well-appointed, delicious, gracious, and Dolly, our hostess, was delightful, warm, welcoming, and beautiful. Highly recommend. We walked to town, to the river, to our show at The Uptown Theater, and slept so well in our king bed. The front porch, the outdoor courtyard, the dining and living rooms were perfect.」

The room I stayed the first night missed a window lock, so one window couldn't be locked. The overhead lights weren't functioning, so the room isn't super bright after dark. 「Small well appointed inn with Napa charm. Very clean rooms and quiet within a 6 minute walk to downtown and all the restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again as a great place to stay after a concert. Breakfast was delicious.」
