Simple no-frills place to stay for quick overnight trip. They should find a larger location for their breakfast area. It was kind of off-season - can’t imagine what it’s like if it was fully booked. Nice parking spots labeled for each room, not that people pay attention. Room was clean and comfortable.

Went for the golf tournament. Incredible rate. Then parked in downtown Napa for the river walk. Incredible time. Well, let’s be honest, when you have a Persian girlfriend how can it not be a phenomenal time? This place ruled. Period.

The staff was very courteous and welcoming. In great location near downtown. I needed just one night so that I could have a safe place to return and spend the night after a day of wine tasting. I would stay there again for a one or two night stay.

We were pleasantly surprised at cuteness of the property. We had our own liitle cabin and it was nice. No in room coffee is our only complaint. Otherwise close to restaurants and quiet part of town.

Quick weekend trip

This little place was actually quite charming, the rooms are little bungalow style buildings so you're not necessarily right next to your neighbor. The rooms were quiant and clean and the property is just about 1-2 miles from downtown Napa. It's not a luxurious property but it is nice and comfortable nonetheless. Although, if you are a coffee drinker Id say drink your French Press or a way to make coffee as there is no coffee provided in the room - there are several coffee shops though within a mile radious.

This was a nice little place--quiet and well-kept. My room was so nice and modern and clean. I love the shaded "garage" for my car. The owners/managers are very nice. The continental breakfast isn't very good, however, so don't expect a feast, lol.

This is a relatively clean property that needs some maintenance. It appears to be run by a resident family. Service is minimal but polite. Road noise projects into the area a bit more than expected; the air conditioner/heater is a small and noisy window unit. The location is convenient to downtown Napa, the fair Grounds, and wineries north on the Silverado Trail (that runs directly by the entrance to the motel).

This is your average motel with a fairly hefty price tag. The rooms didn’t really look as pictured and smelled of mildew. The bed was subpar and management definitely could invest in new pillows. We had options of oatmeal, bread, or a cheap danish for breakfast. The room was fairly clean though and the inn is located near a few wineries.

Great Location ONLY for Festival

Poop stains on bathroom walls. Very pushy owners. They called at 8 am on the day of checkout and called 3 more times then asked us if the phone wasn’t working. Told them the truth and told him we took the phone off because of the annoying calls. House keeping was very responsive and attentive, they were great, no complaints of house keeping. Location is great if you’re only going to the festival.
