「I was not a fan of the water in the room situation. Reusing a water bottle was not great. I am sure it was clean, but the idea gave me pause. I went and bought water. But did like the coffee in the room. Need tv instructions. Need better breakfast options Staff friendly and helpful. Great location.」

「There needs to be a notification that you will share a bathroom with other guests, there is no food on the property and often your garbage is not picked up from your room.」

「Small but clean rooms. It is on a busy street so you might be subjected to the noise from the restaurant that shares the neighboring yard. All in all a decent stay except for the breakfast which was typical “continental” meaning minimal at best but there is no eating area so you are sitting on antique furniture and if you’re there on the 4th of July (like us) you’ll be taking this meal back to your room due to every chair/ couch being used by the other guests.」

「The Brant has a lot of very useful amenities but its strongest asset are the staff. They go above and beyond making you feel welcomed and really help ease the burden of travel.」

「The property was as described. The owner herself was there at breakfast to greet us and make sure that we were comfortable and that are the breakfast items were available to us. It was a very pleasant stay and I would stay there again. She also let us store our luggage for free until it was time for our ferry.」

「We had such a beautiful time at the White Elephant. There’s nothing that’s not taken care of. The staff is amazing. The cottages are beautiful. Anything we needed they helped us with. Perfect place to stay for a couple or a family.」
