"This hotel is just on the harbour and very close to the Sun Moon lake. Staff are very helpful to park my car and even drove me to my car to pick the stuff I left there and drove me back."

"Staff was very polite and helpful. However they did take the phone number of my guest for contact information. I think it would have been more appropriate to take my information, since the reservation was under my name & paid by me. Room has extravagant & quirky decorations, but is very much in need of a deep cleaning! Lots of dust on the mirrors, tiles, and under the bed. A/C cannot be controlled within the room, and Staff must be called if it needs to be turned on/off. Breakfast is included,...
