"After staying in hostels for a week this was heaven. So nice to stay at a hotel. The staff was so nice!!! The front desk agent was awesome!! (I forgot his name i'm so sorry but he's from spain and has moved around quite a bit and plans to go back to spain eventually!!!) he was so nice!!!! I enjoyed our stay so much! The restaurant breakfast was amazing. "

"I only stayed at Vogar Travel Service for a night, but had a great experience. It was easy to find and no need to check-in with anybody. They emailed me the door codes. The shared bathrooms were clean. There is a full kitchen to use. I would like to try camping here next time. There are not a lot of food options in the evening. "

"Clean modern cabin in an isolated setting yet close enough to Husavik and Myvatn lake. I have an interest in farming and tending animals in the unique setting of iceland. The owners went out of their way to answer all my questions about their sheep farm, the cost of energy, and more. Very welcoming and friendly people. "

"Wonderful cabin! This cabin is so cute and well designed. Also the staff are very kind and helpful. It’s in a campground as other reviewers have noted, but the cabin is in a very quiet spot, it felt private to us! We were unaware that the Myvatn area is known for its many flying midges and unfortunately the cabin didn’t have screens to keep them out! We would have loved to bring in some fresh air and sit outside on the cabin’s deck!"
