「Appena arrivati la ragazza alla reception non trovava la nostra prenotazione , dire che la camera era anche già stata pagata in anticipo ho dovuto inoltrare la mail con tutte le informazioni , alla fine però abbiamo avuto la nostra camera che era molto spaziosa e pulita . Colazione ottima e il personale delle colazioni molto cordiale e disponibile .」

「Our hearts sank when we first arrived off the dusty streets, but what a surprise lay in store for us!! Kivu really is a tranquil oasis, leaving the madness of Nakuru behind. It has a beautiful garden with an incredible 20 meter swimming pool. The staff were so friendly, i really recommend this place if you are looking for a fantastic budget hotel. We are a family of 4, the children slept in a separate room to us (14&16), it felt very safe 」

「The property is in a serene area. We stayed at the Flamingo suite that is an amazing tent. With living room, huge balcony overlooking the flamingoes on the lake. The staff is exceptional. The food delicious and well served. A very relaxing experience indeed. 」
