The location of this place is what makes it worth it. Amenities were okay, you have to ask for big towels otherwise they won’t give them to you, rooms are small. The staff was friendly . Overall it was a nice stay

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

Options for a spa, 24/7 convenience store and very clean rooms along with a utility room for washing and drying clothes. This was perfect for what we paid. Would be coming back in the future if we stay around Insadong again!

The only issue we had was that our room and that of our traveling companions was COLD. When I called the front desk to ask how to turn on the heat, they said the heat was not working and that the only option was to turn the AC down on the thermostat but it didn't help. I asked if we could have some extra blankets and was told that there would be an extra charge which I said was not right so they gave us a blanket for our 2 beds and did not ultimately charge us.

Easy check in (we arrived at past 10pm) and check out. Staff at restaurant were courteous and helpful, and mindful of cleanliness of the restaurant, amenities is basic and minimal. The only downside is the cleanliness of the bathroom. You can see molds and even around the tap rim. The housekeeping in this area is quite poor. But beds and linen are crisp and clean. Good quality of bed and pillows. The hotel generally needs a good skilled repair and maintenance. The location is quite good if you are after a local Korean sites, not touristy.
