"This stunning villa is undoubtedly one of the top three places we've ever stayed! We absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. "The hotel room was fine. Not at all like was shown in the pictures. Mold in the corners of the room. The bathroom window, which opened out on to a corridor wouldn't lock either. The shower was hot or cold and the room lacked basics like a full length mirror or anywhere to hang clothes. The room had a small private terrace (which was overlooked by someone's bathroom). "This property was beautiful. The location was ideal and so easy to visit the little towns around the lake by public boat. You could make it anywhere around the laje in under 10 minutes. The staff was amazing, food was great, the views were stunning. Everything had so much character. We had the best time and we'd love to go back. "

"Beautiful place! One of the best places you can stay. Gardens are beautiful. All hotel has great views. Room were great, confy, clean, culturally decorated, all the place was just beautiful! The hotel even calls the boat for you to be picked up right from the hotel to go to the other beautiful towns in the atitlan lake. And if you need to go to the town, you can just walk to the most turistic points that are in walking distance but if you dont feel like walking they call you a tuk tuk for you to ride! The hotel also has kayaks and life jackets you can use for free. Breakfast is great and FREE. Parking is a bit confusing as you park in an area near by the lake and you walk towards the lake then find a sign that guides you through the fields that crosses other lands and you take stairs that lead to the hotel. Youget the beautiful views from your room as all rooms faced the lake. They have great service and all the staff was super friendly. Overall i was super satisfiedwith everything. Thank you so much. I'll always recommend this hotel to everyone who visits San Juan de los lagos Atitlan"

"The hotel is very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff at the front desk made the check in easy and quick while helping us in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room rate included the buffet breakfast which had a decent selection of local and international dishes. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latam and highly recommend it. "

"The property is located in a remote area away from the town and the public dock. I feel safe being on the property. The property features a beautiful garden, pool, and jacuzzi with stunning views. The property offers relaxing massages for a fee and has a good restaurant and a bar. However, it costs money to shuttle out every day and when we asked the boat to drop off at the hotel dock, they charged us $22/ docking. "
